S.O.S! Save Our State Parks!

Apparently our Governator finds in that our state parks are not worth keeping open.

Our state budget is not going to provide for our infrastructure any more... is nothing sacred?

Once Will Rogers State park gets shut down, ownership will revert to the family - and then they will be free to sell it to developers. It was a gift to the state so that all of us could enjoy the land - and now our current governor is giving OUR park back???

Ok - i'll back off from my soapbox... I'm just fuming though... I signed the petition Wednesday at the Santa Monica Farmer's Market - and now I'm passing the word on...

Imagine if Griffith Park was on that list!!!! wouldn't you be livid too?
